SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) Yoga
SUP yoga is both an invigorating and deeply soothing way to bask in all of nature’s glory while improving your balance, toning your core & strengthening your muscles.
This fun 90-minute class includes a short lesson on paddle basics, 45 minutes of guided floating yoga, open paddle to & from our anchoring spot and the best savasana of your life! No experience with yoga or SUP is necessary. This class will be geared to All Levels, with modifications & advancements offered.
What to bring: Hat, sunblock, water, bug spray, small towel & cover up. Plus your smile & sense of humor! (Please leave your phone, keys, camera and anything that cannot get wet or lost on shore).
What to Wear: choose attire that you feel comfortable moving in and that can get wet (such as sun guards, board shorts, bathing suits, dri-fit athletic wear). Avoid cotton as it will not dry.
