We are pleased to announce that we currently have full-time & part-time open enrollment.
THE CLUB is open for
3rd - 7th graders
THE CLUB After-school program is designed specifically for local students in grades 3 to 7. Our program operates every full school day from dismissal until 6:00pm.
THE CLUB is not open on Half-days. If you require care during an early release please register for the coinciding School Year Adventures Trip. For more information on our upcoming trips click HERE.
THE CLUB is tailored to meet the needs of late elementary and middle school students, providing a safe and supervised environment that encourages independence and freedom. Our program offers a balanced blend of social interaction with friends and peers, along with structured activities. These activities encompass a wide range of options, including various sports and team games, engaging arts and crafts projects, supervised video games and technology time, designated downtime periods, daily homework assistance, and outdoor adventures.

PRICING OPTIONS:
Everyday Monthly - 3rd, 4th, & 5th Graders
Monthly - $395
Everyday Monthly - 6th & 7th Graders
Monthly - $295
Part-Time - 3rd - 7th Graders
(Punch Card can be used to attend any single day)
Punch Card - Attend any day $300/10 visits
(all fees shown as resident rates)

SCHEDULE:
The club is open every day after school from dismissal to 6:00pm.

ALL THE CLUB MEMBERS
3:30pm Activities like dodgeball, art projects, game room tournaments, nature walks, video game tournaments, basketball, and other sports at Castle in the Trees Park.
5:00pm Organized activity time ends and there is staff engaged free time until 6:00pm when the program closes. We will also offer enrichment programs run by our various vendors starting between 5pm-6pm for additional costs. These will include (examples only) Magic Class, Advanced Art Classes, Small Group Tutoring, etc.
Attendance Reporting
ALL participants must register for THE CLUB Monthly Attendance Report HERE as this is what is sent to the schools for dismissal. You can select any and all days that you will be attending. You can add days to this report at any time. If you will no longer be attending on a day you selected please use BrightWheel to notify staff of your absence.
New members will get an invite to BrightWheel. We use this app to share photos, stay connected with messaging, and digital check-in, all in one spot! Payments will stay on MYREC.

You MUST report your child absent if they are on the attendance roster for that day.
Important Program Notes:
*If LPS is closed for inclement weather or other school closures THE CLUB will also be closed. In the event of inclement afternoon weather, we will notify all families if we will be closing at an early time. If inclement weather comes in after-school we may end up closing early for the safety of our members, their families, and our staff.
**Your child must have medical forms on file with us - Family Record, Medical Authorization, and a Well Visit with Immunization Record via CampDocs (many families already have their CampDocs medical forms uploaded and will just require a confirmation). If you've never used CampDocs before you will receive an email to start your account.
Walker Biker Permission form is required to release anyone without a parent.
