CAMP TAHATTAWAN 2025

Camp T Registration Options/ Field Trips:
 
*OPTION #1- ALL WEEKS: Campers enrolling in ALL weeks of camp will have field trips included. Select "All 7 Weeks" option and we will automatically register you for the All the Field Trips. This will be offered at the lower rate of $365R/$385NR per full week until the 2/28/25 Deadline, as of 3/1/2025 it will be based on the late registration fee $380R/$400NR.  
Weeks 1-7 EARLY REGISTRATION: $2,482R/ $2,618NR
Weeks 1-7 REGULAR REGISTRATION: $2,584/ $2,720NR
 IF Snow days cancel any portion of week 1- a credit or refund will be offered upon request. 
 
*OPTION #2- WEEK to WEEK: Campers who are not registered for OPTION #1 will NOT have field trips included in the weekly pricing AND will require an additional registration.  Pricing is based on admission and transportation costs. 
  
Camp T Before and After Care:
 
Before and/or After Care is available to participants of Camp Tahattawan, Teen Adventures and Sailing Camp!  Before and after care drop-off and pick-up will be housed at Shaker Lane School.  Location for Teen Adventures and Sailing is subject to change based on enrollment. 
 
All BEFORE and AFTER CARE fees are due upon registration! Additional 10% sibling discount will be applied at checkout.
 
BEFORE CARE:
Time: 7:30am-8:30am
Cost:   Daily Rate: $20 
Full Week: $90.00 (10% Discount- You must click the Full week option)
 
AFTER CARE:
Time: 3:30pm-5:30pm
Cost:   Daily Rate: $40  
Full Week: $180.00 (10% Discount- You must click the Full week option)
THERE IS NO AFTER CARE BEING OFFERED ON THE FINAL DAY OF CAMP T (8/8)

Important Registration Information:

Registering for Week 1 will require a $100 non-refundable deposit. Once last day of school is finalized (snow days) we will invoice all registrants for the amount due.
Enrollment is not complete until payment has been received.
10% Sibling Discount on ALL Camp T rates.  This discount would apply to the 2nd, 3rd, 4th sibling. 
There is a 2.9% Transaction Fee on all credit card charges. To pay by check, please visit the office or mail your check to:

Dress Up Day: Team Colors (Colors given out that week)
NO FIELD TRIP: IN- HOUSE OLYMPICS

Theme: Super Heroes/Local Heroes
Dress Up Day: Team Countries (Colors given out that week)

Theme: Under the Sea- BEACH THEME

Theme: COLOR WARS
Dress Up Day: Wear White on Thursday for COLOR WARS
Performer: Terry Murray Inventor Mentor
Field Trip: Urban Air Adventure Park ($45)

Week 6:  July 28 - August 1
Theme: Happy Holidays Week!
Dress Up Day: Halloween (Wednesday 7/23)
Performer: Santa (7/24), Easter Bunny (7/22)
Field Trip: Museum of Science Sr. Camp ($35)
                 Boston Children’s Museum  Jr. Camp ($35)

Week 7:  August 4 - August 8
Theme: Krazy Carnival Week
Dress Up Day: Tie Dye / Bring a white t-shirt or something white to Tie Dye (Wednesday- we will wear them on Friday!)

NO field trip this week We will hold our end of year Camp Carnival on 
FRIDAY August 8th.

All Performers’ Shows will be on Wednesday mornings
All dress up days are on THURSDAYS of each week unless noted

Littleton Parks and Recreation has partnered with CAMPDOCS for all our required paperwork. 
If you have never filled out CampDocs with us, once you've registered you will receive an email from CampDocs to submit your paperwork!  
FOR 2025- Anyone who completed Campdocs in the past- will have to only update and confirm information from last year- and upload a new well-visit/Immunization Record (Resets on May 1st each year)
