BACK for 2024! MOUNTAIN BIKING CAMP
OVERVIEW: Our kids Mountain Bike Camp will inspire exploration and confidence on two wheels for young riders. This program is an ideal mix of fun, safety, and adventure where participants will learn valuable mountain biking skills in a supportive environment.
Empower your young rider to enjoy the outdoors and ride more confidently and safely.
Your child will be able to get outside and get moving in this program presented by the experienced staff from Mountainbikecamps.com by KC&E Adventures. The program fosters safe and confidence-inspiring experiences, on and off the bike. Regardless of prior mountain biking experience, campers will learn and improve upon skills such as braking, shifting, body positioning, and how to read the trail.
We ask that riders, at a minimum, be comfortable with riding a bike and have bikes with knobby tires, rim or disc hand brakes, and gears. Helmets are required and cycling gloves are strongly recommended. Since safety is our top priority, we do an equipment check at the beginning of class. Campers who do not have safe equipment will not be able to attend that day. We will provide a detailed checklist to ensure your bike is suitable prior to camp. If you need any equipment or if you want to have your bike looked over, be sure to take it to your local shop. Come adventure with us!
