Fee Schedule
THE CLUBHOUSE Rental Includes the upstairs game room area and use of studios 1 & 2 for food/drink and also an activity area. The rental fee is $75 per hour.  

All food, drinks, and snacks must remain on the 1st-floor table area. No food or drink is permitted upstairs during a rental. This includes all adults. Any spills or food mess upstairs will have a cleaning fee assessed.

The renter is responsible for all equipment remaining in working order and the facility's cleanliness at the end of the rental. If the facility is not cleaned up a fee of $50 per hour of cleaning will be assessed. The renter will be charged for going overtime at $100
