Signature Fitness is partnering with Littleton PRCE to offer new programs to the community!8 Week Sessions: All Classes are:$110 Res/ $120 Non-Res for both in-studio or virtual optionsProtocol for In-Studio Clients: Covid Assessment upon arrival Masks Mandatory at all times Social distancing of 6 feet required at all times Hand Sanitizer Stations throughout studio Doors and Windows will be open when appropriate Clients are encouraged to bring their own mats and towels to class All equipment will be disinfected after each use All surfaces will be disinfected in between all classes (doorknobs, switches, waiting room, bathroom, etc.) No children allowed walking around studio during class ALL CLASSES are 8 Sessions:Strength and Conditioning with RONMondays  4/26- 6/14 at 6:30am-7:30am5 In-studio spots available / Unlimited Virtual spots availableLocation: Signature Fitness, 170 Ayer Rd, LittletonAges: 16+Cost: $110 Res/ $120 Non-ResDescription: A popular interval class that mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. All exercises can be modified to fit your fitness needs. Every participant works at their own pace with proper instruction at all times. You will leave feeling challenged yet successful! This whole-body workout emphasizes group fitness and focuses on specific areas such as arms, legs, core, and cardio. Each song concentrates on a main area, while still maintaining a whole-body routine. Kettlebell is for anyone and anybody who is looking to have fun! Weights vary anywhere from 5-15lbs, so the workout can be adjusted and moves modified to suit your individual needs. The music is diverse, and our moves are simple and easy to learn. Kettlebells and bands will be used in class. Please bring a change of shoes, mat, towel, and water to class. Dumbbells can be used at home as a substitute for a kettlebellPOWER COMBO YOGA with LELIAWednesdays 4/28 - 6/16 at 7:00am-8:00am4 In-studio spots available / Unlimited virtual spots availableLocation: Signature Fitness, 170 Ayer Rd, LittletonAges: 16+Cost: $110 Res/ $120 Non-ResDescription: This fitness-based yoga class is designed to increase endurance, strength and flexibility. We use a basic Vinyasa flow and add on body-weight strength movements and high intensity interval training. The isometric holds will build strength and stamina. The dynamic movements will build heat and elevate the heart rate for optimum calorie and fat burning, building lean muscle, and increasing your metabolism. A savasana (meditation) is added to the end of class for restoration and mindfulness. Modifications to ramp up or tone down the intensity are always offered. Please bring mat, towel, and water to class. With low impact and fine movements, the body will strengthen and tone not only larger muscles groups such as quadriceps, glutes, and biceps, but will also work your hamstrings, calf muscles, triceps and back muscles as well. Barre focuses on high reps of small but strong pulses and isometric holds and will heat the body up quickly allowing you to feel the burn and become stronger mentally and physically. Each class will end with a yoga inspired cooldown allowing your muscles to relax, loosen, and improve flexibility. A barre, small hand weights, and resistance bands are used. Please bring mat, towel, and water to class. Class is done barefoot or with socks. If doing class virtually the back of a chair or counter can be used as a substitution for the barre. You’ll experience traditional yoga flow while adding HIIT (high intensity interval training). Your interval training will consist of calorie burning elements of BARRE, BOOTCAMP, KETTLEBELL or maybe even TRX! Each class will be different from the last, challenging your body as it is toning, shredding, burning, and sweating! Bring mat, towel and water to class. Class is done barefoot or with socks.
