Instructor: Margo GillenMargo Gillen is no stranger to track & field in Littleton! She has a combined total of 20 seasons of coaching indoor and outdoor track & field, and cross country at Littleton High School. During those 20 seasons, she has worked with distance runners, sprinters, and all of the field events. She was chosen as the Indoor Coach of the Year twice by the MSTCA and was selected twice as the Coach of the Year by the Lowell Sun. Margo has also been running spring and fall youth track programs through Littleton PRCE for three years! Youth Spring Track & Field Program Description: Every Sunday athletes will learn the fundamentals of track and field. They will do warm-up routine at the beginning of each workout, followed by technique drills for individual events, run, and have a cool down at the end of each practice. During this program, athletes will learn the throwing, jumping, relay and running events. On the last practice participants will be able to compete in a mock track meet.Spring Schedule: Sundays, May 3rd - June 7th (6 sessions)Age Level: 5-12yrs Time: 8:00am-10:00amCost K-6: $225R/$235NR Location: 57 Russell St. School Track

Mini Makers & Scientists: (Young Scientists: Hands-On Science Adventures & Experiment-Based Learning)Get ready to mix, bubble, build, and explore! In this exciting hands-on science course, young learners become real scientists as they dive into fun, age-appropriate experiments that spark curiosity and creativity. Each week, students will roll up their sleeves and explore core science concepts through play and discovery. Some of the activities include: Building mini-volcanoes and watching chemical reactions in action Discovering how plants drink water with our rainbow celery experiment Creating simple circuits with batteries and bulbs This course is all about doing—not just watching. With minimal lecture and maximum interaction, it’s the perfect way to introduce budding scientists to the wonders of the world around them. Schedule: Mondays, Jan 5th - March 9th (No class 1/19 & 2/16) Grade Level: K-2 Cost: $256R / $266NR Location: Shaker Lane Elementary Spring SessionStory Time AdventuresProgram Description: Get ready for a magical journey where kids become the storytellers! In this fun and interactive storytelling adventure, K–2 students will use their imagination to create characters, explore exciting places, and solve playful challenges along the way. Through listening, speaking, drawing, and acting, young learners will build confidence, creativity, and early literacy skills—while having a blast. Every adventure is different, and every child’s voice matters. Let the story begin!Schedule: Mondays, April 27th - June 1st  Grade Level: K-2 Cost: $225R / $240NR Location: Shaker Lane Elementary Roblox Game Design Program Description: In this hands-on course, students learn to design and build their own games using Roblox Studio and beginner-friendly Lua Scripting.
