Instructor Bio: Julia is a ceritified Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, Mat Pilates Instructor, Barre Instructor, and Mediation Instructor with over 21 years of experience helping individuals of all fitness levels build strength, confidence, and a love for movement. She holds certifications in Barre, Mat Pilates, HIIT, Cardio Dance, Indoor Cycling, Zumba, and Personal Training, and currently teaches throughout the Greater Boston area. Julia is passionate about helping people discover movement that feels empowering, sustainable, and fun.
This low-impact fusion class is designed to build strength, improve flexibility, enhance balance, and increase core stability while helping you reconnect with your body through mindful movement.
Each class will feature a blend of standing barre exercises, Pilates-inspired core work, and yoga-based stretching and mobility, creating a workout that is both energizing and restorative. Modifications and progressions will be offered throughout class, making accessible for all fitness levels, from beginners to experiences exercisers.

Entire Summer (7 Sessions): $90 per person
Drop-In (Single Sessions): $14 per person
