About Michelle: 
Michelle Goodnow is a long-time educator. A former high-school English teacher who has also worked with elementary aged children, she is now a full-time yoga instructor. After undergoing a 200-hour teacher certification program, much of her focus as a teacher has shifted to the importance of the breath and mindfulness emphasized through the philosophy of yoga. She has recently been certified to teach young children through Kidding Around Yoga. Michelle works with students of all ages to help them feel more connected to their breath and bodies through the physical and spiritual practice of yoga. 

Yoga is the cessation of the whirlwind of the mind.

Caregiver & Me Preschool Yoga Class Description:
Bond with your little one in a delightful Caregiver and Me Yoga class, where playful yoga poses and fun breath work create a joyful, interactive experience. You and your little one will explore simple poses and meditation exercises designed to promote connection, cultivate kindness, and spark imagination. This class will be a blend of movement, relaxation, and play, offering a unique opportunity to develop physical skills and stimulate the imagination. Give your child the gift of starting them on an early path towards mindfulness by embarking on your yoga adventure together. Ages 2-6

**Important information**
Please register your child for the class (you do not have to be registered) 
Caregiver required to attend yoga class with the child registered 

Schedule:
Classes held every Tuesday starting (10/22)
Tuesdays, 9:15am-10am
Cost: $15/class drop in or $100/8 class pass - Register Here for Class Pass
Location: PRCE Studio located at 41 Shattuck St
What to bring: Your own mat and water bottle.
(No class 11/5, 12/24, 12/31)
