Teamworks Sports Performance Strength & Agility

Instructor: Ron Portante
Ron has been working for TSP part time for the past 6 years. He is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Counsel of Exercise. Ron brings his knowledge as a high school, college and adult athlete to the TSP. Ron played football for Acton Boxborough High School (part of the vaunted AB super team 1994) and helped kick-start the AB wrestling team. Ron is a former Collegiate Wrestler and Rugby player at Springfield College. He received his master’s degree in education from the University of Oregon. While there, he played rugby for the Eugene Men’s club in Oregon. Ron recently made a transition to TSP full time after being a Physical Education teacher at Lawrence High School with a concentration in teaching Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He continues to practice the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He brings a lifetime of experiences training athletes of all levels to Teamworks


RSS Program Description: Teamworks Sports Performance helps develop your athlete's strength, Mobility and agility. Taking students through exercises, games and challenges that build strength, improve mobility, speed and agility. Each session will be 1 hour in length, and meet once a week.

Schedule: 
Session I: Grades 3-5 Thursdays 2:30pm-3:30pm 3/9-4/13
Session II: Grades 3-5 Thursdays 2:30pm-3:30pm 5/4-6/8
Cost: $120R/ $130NR
Location: Russell Street School Fields

LMS Program Description:  Teamworks Sports Performance helps develop your athlete's strength, Mobility and agility. Taking students through exercises, games and challenges that build strength, improve mobility, speed and agility. Each session will be 1 hour in length, and meet once a week.  LMS registrants will be transported by school bus to LHS for this program (In the weight room and outside on fields etc)

Grades 6-8 Tuesdays 1:45pm-3:00pm 3/7-4/11
Session II:
Grades 6-8 Tuesdays 1:45pm-3:00pm 5/2-6/6
