Instructor: Riley Clark
Riley Clark was captain of the Littleton High School Cross Country team, and runs cross country and track this year at Washington University in Saint Louis. Riley has experience as a volunteer assistant coach for the Greater Lowell Road Runners youth running team. Riley has been running cross country since she was 7 years old.
Enjoy a fun introduction to the sport of cross country! Kids of all abilities are welcome to join the running community and hopefully develop a lifelong joy of the sport. Each day, kids will play games, learn about cross country, and participate in running and strength workouts. All workouts will come at a variety of intensity and will be modified for all abilities. Kids will establish a healthy relationship with running as they learn about the foundations of the sport.
Schedule: Monday- Thursday 7/22-25 **
Grades 1-3: 4:00pm- 5:15pm COST: $65 R/ $75 NR
Grades 4-6: 4:00pm- 5:30pm COST: $75 R/ $85 NR
Location: Fay Park (THURSDAY LOCATION IS RUSSELL STREET SCHOOL TRACK)
