We have 2 amazing options for your kiddos on half-days of school! These high-quality enrichment programs will help bridge the gap between early release and your normal school dismissal. Your child will be handed over to our instructors at dismissal. Pick-up will be at 3:20pm at Shaker Lane lobby!
This program will run each half-day/early release-day throughout the school year. Below are the dates and program description.
SPRING SEMESTER HALF-DAYS- STEM OPTION
3/6- Fresh Start Foods Spend your afternoon cooking and creating! We’ll whip up 2 delicious recipes together for you to take home, in addition to making cool note cards using Suminagashi marbling art techniques.
4/3- Challenge-Island - It’s the squishy, squashy camp that started it all! You and a STEAM Team of friends will learn the science of slime and design your own Slime Factory. You'll open your own Slimetopia Theme Park and fill it with different slimey lands like Under the Sea Slime Land, Mine Slime Land and Once Upon a Slime Land. From butter to bubble; from crunchy to glossy; from fluffy to floamy to every slime in between, we’ve got you and your STEAM Team covered (in slime, that is!). 5/1- Play-Well program: Pokémon Engineering using LEGO® Materials
Calling all Pokémon trainers! With the Pokémon Championship approaching, join our enthusiastic Play-Well Instructors as we build and catch our favorite Pokémon, rescue Pikachu from Team Rocket, take a ride on the S.S. Anne to uncover rare and mystic Pokémon, and battle to see who will hold the title of
Pokémon Master. Come along on our journey to catch 'em all!
