EVENT INFORMATION:
When: Friday, December 2nd, 2022
Where: Acton Bowladrone
Time: 6pm-10pm
Join us at the 2022 Holiday Helpers Bowl-A-Thon, for a family-friendly, exciting event that raises funds for a great cause. Team registration fee of $225 includes 2 games of bowling, shoes, pizza (cheese or pepperoni), bucket of beer /soda (6), and opportunity to win prizes. Registration fees may be raised as a team of 4 bowlers, or $60 per bowler.
Two teams will be assigned to each lane and we will bowl in an A,B,A,B format. Games should be concluded by 9:45pm. The awards ceremony will begin as soon as the final scores are tallied.
Prizes will be awarded to:
- Highest Scoring Teams – all team members to receive a trophy & bragging rights!!! First, Second and Third Place awarded (Best 4 total scores each team member must submit one score from)
- Highest Scoring Individual – Men
- Highest Scoring Individual – Ladies
- Highest Scoring Individual – U18 Male
- Highest Scoring Individual – U18 Female
- Worst Bowler Participation Trophy – Lowest Overall 2 Game Combined Score
We are seeking businesses and individuals who wish to sponsor the event. Sponsorships start at $500 and can also be in the form of prizes for the winners (Gift Cards, Swag, Items). Sponsorship includes a team, advertisement on bowladrone lane tvs for 30days, name/logo on all event materials and social media postings.
