Bio: Laura founded Kidcasso in 2007 and has been teaching art education for 20 years. Kidcasso has a fantastic team of teachers who are all trained in education and art and many hold state certification. We pride ourselves on the quality of education, and we use open-ended teaching such as process
arts and connections to art history and the community as a whole. Kidcasso Art Studio is a place for children from high chair to high school to "See Art, Create Art, and Love Art."
Kidcasso Art Studio Artist Palette Workshop
Program Description: Artist Palette is a 60-minute after-school class intended for students in grades K-2 & 3-5. This colorful class allows students to sample a variety of different types of art. We will work on painting and drawing techniques, build upon prior knowledge of simple clay building and sculpting methods, and incorporate literature, as well as sensory-based learning projects throughout our time together. Artist Palette is the perfect class for students who want to try everything!
