Watercolor for Adults

Learn the basics of mixing colors and handling the watercolor medium. Beginners and intermediate students are welcome to join this fun class where creation is about keeping it simple. Advanced students are also welcome to work on their own project under the teacher’s guidance, as needed. The classes will be lead to guide students to develop their own skills to accomplish creativity.

Materials Included: Containers for water; Paper towel; Tracing paper (9x12); Drawing Paper (9x12); HB Pencils & erasers, Watercolor Paper Pad (9x12); Plastic Tablecloths to protect the tables

Materials to be provided by student: Watercolor Paper pad - at least 10 sheets (size 9x12, minimum weight 140 lb min); 2 round watercolor brushes (small & large); 3 tubes (8ml) of Watercolor Paint Winson & Newton Cotman: the three colors are Alizarin Crimson, Ultramarine Blue, and Cadmium Yellow Medium; Estimated price is $25 at AC Moore. Optional: apron, sketchbook, pencil, eraser
