Learn to Skate (ages 3-6)
Colonial Figure Skating Club Learning to skate inspires self-confidence in children and gives them a healthy activity to enjoy for years to come. These creative classes introduce children to skating with fun games on the ice, enhancing agility, coordination and endurance while inspiring a true love of being on the ice.

Kids’ Stuff
Learn to Skate: Basic Skills (Ages 6-15)
Colonial Figure Skating Club partners with Learn to Skate USA and offers classes in Basic (Skating) Skills. This curriculum is a fun-filled, creative, instructional program that will teach skaters the fundamentals of skating and introduce elements such as stroking, turns, basic spins and jumps. Classes include 30 minutes of lesson time and 30 minutes of free skate/practice time.

Everyone can skate at the Colonial Figure Skating Club! Whether you would like to learn how to skate, are seeking an alternative fitness program or want to take your skating skills to the next level, the Colonial Teen and Adult Figure Skating Class is the perfect program for you!

Skate rentals are not included in the program cost. Students should bring skates (single blade only), thin socks, a helmet, mittens or gloves, and warm, layered clothing. Rental skates are available through Cooke's Skate Supply. Call IN ADVANCE of weekend classes as they are not open during Saturday and Sunday class times. Cooke's Skate Supply: 978-263-8418 All skaters are subject to an annual registration fee of $30.00 payable to CFSC at the first attended class.
