Amy has a BS in Exercise Science, NASM PT Certification, Precision Nutrition Certification, Tabatta Bootcamp Certification and 20+ years of experience as a Fitness Professional including Personal Training, Small & Large Group Training, Special Populations and running health, fitness and wellness programs in corporate, commercial and community fitness centers.
Sunrise Bootcamp is a Total Body Conditioning Program that uses HIIT, body weight exercises, and functional training to target the entire body within each workout. Each workout begins with a dynamic warm-up followed by full-body workout targeting all major muscle groups including cardiovascular activity. The session is completed with a thorough cool-down, flexibility, mobility and relaxation. Over the course of 7-8 weeks the workouts will gradually progress giving participants both short- and long-term health and fitness goals and challenges. This class is designed for all fitness levels as modifications and accommodations are provided for all participants.
