This upbeat co-ed volleyball program offers adults the opportunity to enjoy all the excitement of competitive volleyball in a friendly and supportive environment. Previous playing experience (ability to bump, set and hit) required for joining either night. Thursday night will have more advanced team play so position familiarity is critical. If you’re on the fence, come down and give it a try! Each evening, participants will initially be divided into 2 teams, which are then shuffled half way through to rebalance play. Come join the fun, meet people, and benefit from the exercise!
