Boost your metabolism and strengthen and preserve your muscle tissue with this total body workout! Learn how to strength train safely. Tone, strengthen your bones, rev up your metabolism, and improve your body composition to less fat and more muscle! Elevate your mood and your self-confidence! This is a great class to break that plateau, mix up your workouts and get the results you have been wanting! CORE TRAINING Pilates! The second part of the class will work your core with Pilates, for better posture, a flatter tummy and stronger backs! Find your six pack! Good health tips for exercise, nutrition and  general wellness will be shared every week! Bring a set of 5lb. and/or 8lb. weights, a mat and water! Please feel free to also bring a stability ball as well! This class is perfect for the  first-time exerciser to the fitness enthusiast! You will be given individual attention to ensure that you are getting the most from your workout and exercising safely!
