Instructor: Susan Robbins. ACE and CPR certified with 40+ years of experience helping people reach their health and fitness goals.

The Session of The Total Body Workout Begins  WEDNESDAY, September 20th!!  Classes will have ALL of the components to give you the Super workout that you are looking for!
Strength Training: Learn to train in proper form to increase your strength and metabolism , muscle control and awareness!
Functional Training: to improve everyday movement!
Metabolic Training: get your heart in shape and burn calories!
Balance: how's yours????
Flexibility : Through movement and stretching!
TONS of core throughout the entire hour!!!
