Strength training and core work for flatter abs with Pilates and balance will boost your metabolism, increase your energy, and give you a great start to a more fit you! You will learn how to train with weights safely and effectively using the proper form and working with the most effective training formats. This is the true solution to reducing belly fat, increasing your metabolism, prevention of osteoporosis, getting rid of that sluggish feeling, and reaching your goals. You will also be given individual attention to ensure that you are getting the most from your workout. Nutritional information for better eating will also be introduced and discussed.
