Cost: Daily Rate: $15

Contingency Policy - Unforeseen Circumstances
At our organization, we prioritize your safety and satisfaction. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to necessary adjustments. Please note the following policy:
- Trip Changes: All trips are subject to change. We will make every effort to inform you in advance of any modifications.
- Refunds: Regrettably, refunds cannot be granted, even in cases of unforeseen weather issues. However, we are committed to providing alternative arrangements whenever possible.
- On-site Activities: In the event of unforeseen facility or transportation issues, we may need to pivot to on-site day activities. Rest assured, we will make these arrangements to ensure an enjoyable experience.
Registration Deadline and Enrollment Policy
To ensure an accurate final roster, the registration process will conclude on the Thursday of the preceding week (or Monday for two abbreviated weeks). If there are remaining vacancies and you wish to register, kindly send an email to Kelsey Genetti. Please note that late sign-ups for the upcoming week will only be accepted from current program attendees. However, for new participants, it is essential to submit all registration paperwork by Thursday morning to be considered for enrollment.
Medical Forms will be submitted via CampDocs software this year. You will receive an email from "noreply@campdocs.com" Please do not ignore this email. It is required you fill out the information in full!
*Life jackets are required for all boating. If you have one please provide it. If you wear a Life Vest normally for swimming please send your child with the vest 1st day of the week and we will hang on to it for the week.
