Bio: Introducing Fresh Start Food Gardens of Westford, pioneers in empowering young culinary enthusiasts through garden-inspired, hands-on cooking classes. Since 2015, we've been nurturing a love for fresh, whole foods in children. Our immersive programs teach essential cooking skills while celebrating diverse cuisines and cultures. We're dedicated to fostering new friendships and confidence in the kitchen!
Program Description: Dive into an exciting culinary adventure like never before! If you're aged 10-15, with a passion for food and curiosity about its journey to your plate, our classes are your perfect recipe for fun and learning. Discover the art of cooking with hands-on experiences, from peeling to pickling. Explore global flavors, experiment with your own twists, and uncover the secrets of dinner tables worldwide using the freshest ingredients.
Join a select group of 10 students per session for an immersive, student-centric learning experience. Register early to secure your spot. Safety is our priority; parents or guardians, please submit allergen advisories and safety forms at least 10 business days ahead.
Fresh Start Food Gardens has been transforming local families' eating habits since 2015, specializing in youth engagement. We've partnered with renowned organizations like Girls, Inc., Boys and Girls Clubs of America, The Discovery Museum of Acton, TeamWorks Adventure Camp, and numerous Massachusetts public schools.
