Instructor: Ryan Gilbert
Offering youth of Littleton area self-defense and core-fitness martial arts exercises and activities. These exercises are "core body" exercises that translate to all sports skills including soccer, baseball, basketball, football and general weight loss/fitness.
We discuss the importance of general diet and exercise, teamwork, fair play, respect of self and others and importance of school and education.
