The second part of the class will work your core with Pilates, for better posture, a flatter tummy and stronger backs! Find your six pack! Good health tips for exercise, nutrition and general wellness will be shared every week! Bring a set of 5lb. and/or 8lb. weights, a mat and water! Please feel free to also bring a stability ball as well! This class is perfect for the first-time exerciser to the fitness enthusiast! You will be given individual attention to ensure that you are getting the most from your workout and exercising safely!
